Terms and Conditions – Cashback:

This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Online Wallet/ Bank Account or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.
Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.
The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account Number, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited will not be responsible for cashback failures due to any failure at the payment gateway or payment processing partner end.
The Payment Processing / Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, or withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
In no event shall Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Red Bull India Private Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the wallet partner/payment processing partner.
In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the voucher.
Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
The payment processing/wallet partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.

Terms & Conditions –Amazon GV:

Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.
Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from me to me in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
The Amazon Gift Voucher is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in Gift cards.
Gift Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
This Gift voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
Validity of Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, new EGVs cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India Website or App, it will be valid for 6 months for utilization.
This Gift voucher is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets /stores.
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
EGVs are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the EGVs and transaction undertaken using the EGV. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the EGV with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from me to me. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the EGV in this regard.

Terms & Conditions – Honda Activa GV:

All forms of taxes, including gift tax, income tax etc. if applicable will be borne by the winner.
The Scooter / bike is on ex showroom prize (base version of the brand/model) and the registration charges, insurance etc. will be borne by the customer / winner.
The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No request for a change in make, model, colour, and specifications etc. will be entertained.
All the participants shall be required to ensure that the mobile number(s), e-mail address and/or other details provided by them to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and Red Bull India Private Limited, via the website or otherwise are true, accurate and in use. Any liability, consequence or claim arising on account of any incorrect or outdated information provided by the participants to Red Bull India Private Limited shall solely be borne by the affected/concerned participants.
Red Bull India Private Limited or its partner agency shall at no time be required to verify the accuracy and/or correctness of the information so provided by the participants. Further, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile phones, e-mail accounts and passwords.
Red Bull India Private Limited or its partner agency accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Tax is to be borne by the winner. Winners will have to bear incidental costs if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes.
There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the same cannot be exchanged for cash at any point nor transferred to someone else.
Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to Red Bull India Private Limited to use the winner's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
Red Bull India Private Limited reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered at any point of time. Such rewards will be of equal or greater value.
All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by, Red Bull India Private Limited but not limited to, meeting of the participants? requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, un-interestedness, error-free, the results or reliability of the promotion, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the promotion.
All the costs and expenses for collecting the prize will be borne solely by the winner. Red Bull India Private Limited or its partner agency shall not entertain any claim, whatsoever. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the offer.

The delivery time will take approximately 30-45 working days. For any further delay, winners will be notified on email and call.

General Terms & Conditions:

This offer entitles you to a cashback voucher of Rs.25 or Rs.50 or Rs.100 or Rs.500 or Rs.500 or Rs.1000 or Rs.9999 or Rs.20000 in select cities of India. The denomination of the cashback voucher won will be mentioned on the website post successful registration.
This offer is not available to dealers & distributors and employees, of Red Bull India Private Limited and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
Only the purchases made between 01/07/2023 till 14/08/2023 will be considered for rewards.
The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
One single bill/invoice will be valid for one voucher / reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.

Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Under the promotion, there will be a total of 11 winners who will be declared to win 6 Smart Phones and 5 Honda Activa’s from Rest of India (excluding participants from Tamil Nadu).
The Smart Phone and Honda Activa winners will be selected through a computerized randomizer process. The Winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 3 days of initial contact to be eligible for the winner selection process. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below: Copy of any address proof such as Electricity Bill/Passport/Aadhar Card is mandatory for the Smart Phone and Honda Activa winners.
In the event that the Smart Phone and Honda Activa Reward Winners do not respond to communications within 3 days of initial contact Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify those Winners and the Prize will be forfeited.
In the event that the Smart Phone and Honda Activa Reward Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts would be made to contact the Winner. If even on the third attempt, the Winner does not attend the call or is unreachable, the respective Reward Prize shall stand forfeited.
No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) is suspected to be incorrect or fraudulent either by the independent auditor or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. basis the information earlier shared by the Participant at the time of first contact or for any other reason.
Any participant will be eligible to win a maximum of one cashback reward and Smart Phone and Honda Activa Reward during the Campaign Period irrespective of number of entries in the promotion duration.
Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
A maximum of two vouchers can be redeemed per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill and per household per week during the promotion period.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.

Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. Red Bull India Private Limited is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability. In the event that a particular partner discontinues the reward, Premier Sales Promotions reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative reward of equal value. This would complete our promotional obligations to you.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
Red Bull India Private Limited does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the offer partner. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing such a product or service.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
The Contest shall be adjudged by Red Bull India Private Limited and the decision of Red Bull India Private Limited will be final and binding with regards to any dispute arising out of this activity.
